Sales & Service Manager – Harbor East

Alo Yoga in Baltimore is seeking a Sales & Service Manager to lead our Harbor East location. In this full-time role, you'll drive revenue growth, build authentic community connections, and create exceptional experiences that extend from our studio into the lives of our members and the wider Baltimore area.

About the Role

You'll serve as the operational backbone of our Baltimore studio, balancing sales excellence with member satisfaction. This position requires someone who understands that running a successful yoga studio means honoring both business fundamentals and the transformative power of movement and community.

What You'll Do

• Direct sales efforts for memberships, class packages, and retail products
• Manage front desk operations and member services
• Oversee scheduling, billing systems, and studio administration
• Build lasting relationships with members and cultivate studio loyalty
• Lead team members in delivering consistent hospitality and care
• Track performance metrics and contribute to studio growth strategy
• Foster a studio culture that extends wellness consciousness into our community

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record in sales management or fitness and wellness business experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience managing studio, gym, or service-based business operations
• Proficiency with management software and administrative systems
• Ability to inspire a team while maintaining high standards for member experience
• Yoga experience or genuine appreciation for our philosophy preferred
