Key Responsibilities

- Enforce facility rules and water safety protocols to ensure all patrons follow proper procedures
- Conduct regular safety checks of the pool deck, equipment, and surroundings
- Communicate clearly with team members and management about safety concerns or incidents
Requirements
- Valid Lifeguard Certification (or ability to obtain before start date)
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong swimming ability and comfort in water
- Ability to remain alert during extended periods of surveillance
- Professional demeanor and commitment to guest safety
