Senior Product Marketing Manager, FlashBlade

Pure Storage is hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager for FlashBlade in Raleigh, Wake County, NC. As a full-time team member, you'll develop and execute go-to-market strategies for our flagship all-flash storage platform, driving product adoption and competitive positioning in the enterprise data infrastructure market.

About the Role

In this position, you'll own the marketing narrative around FlashBlade's capabilities and value proposition to enterprise customers and prospects. Your work bridges product development, sales enablement, and customer acquisition, translating complex storage technology into compelling business outcomes. You'll partner with engineering, sales, and customer success teams to ensure market messaging resonates with CIOs, storage architects, and infrastructure leaders who need to make rapid, confident purchasing decisions.

What You'll Do

• Develop positioning, messaging frameworks, and value propositions that differentiate FlashBlade in the enterprise storage market
• Create campaign strategies, case studies, white papers, and content that educate prospects and accelerate sales cycles
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify FlashBlade opportunities and refine product-market fit messaging
• Work with product leadership to define key performance metrics and customer success stories that demonstrate real-world impact
• Enable sales teams with battle cards, product collateral, and technical resources that close deals
• Manage marketing campaigns that drive qualified leads and demonstrate ROI across digital, events, and partner channels

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of product marketing experience, ideally with enterprise infrastructure, storage, data platforms, or cloud solutions
• Proven ability to translate technical capabilities into customer-focused messaging and positioning
• Strong analytical skills with experience measuring campaign performance and optimizing based on data
• Excellent writing and communication skills for diverse audiences—executives, engineers, and customers
• Comfort working in fast-paced technical environments and collaborating across cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, computer science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
