About the Role

As a Graduate Nurse in our PCU, you'll work three 12-hour night shifts per week (7:00 PM to 7:00 AM), with every third weekend and every third holiday off. This overnight schedule provides continuity of care and meaningful mentorship opportunities, allowing you to develop strong clinical skills under the guidance of experienced nursing staff in our Progressive Care Unit.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver compassionate direct patient care, including vital sign monitoring, medication administration, and patient hygiene support
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Document nursing care accurately and maintain comprehensive patient records in our electronic health system
  • Communicate effectively with patients and families to address questions and ensure informed participation in care decisions
  • Respond to patient needs promptly and work with preceptors to develop competency in specialty nursing skills
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of continuous learning

What We're Looking For

  • Current or recent graduate of an accredited nursing program; newly licensed or licensure-eligible RN candidates welcome
  • Valid RN license or eligibility to obtain licensure
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with genuine commitment to patient care
  • Ability to work independently while seeking guidance and collaborating with your nursing team
  • Flexibility and reliability in meeting scheduling requirements, including overnight shifts
  • Dedication to professional growth and openness to feedback and mentorship
