No-Code & E-Mail-Marketing Spezialist (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential recruiting organization seeking a No-Code & Email Marketing Specialist to own and optimize their entire email outreach infrastructure. This is not a role for someone who simply sends newsletters—you'll build, automate, and continuously improve a system that generates significant monthly revenue.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Building and optimizing email outreach infrastructure from the ground up, ensuring clean data flows and high deliverability
• Automating lead research and scraping processes to identify relevant contacts in real-time
• Enriching lead data using modern tools to ensure only qualified, relevant contacts enter campaigns
• Developing personalized email sequences that feel human, not mass-produced
• Creating n8n workflows that automate repetitive processes and integrate systems seamlessly
• Setting up job scrapers to identify opportunities in the target market as they emerge
• Continuously testing and improving deliverability, open rates, and reply rates through data-driven optimization
• Managing the complete tech stack including outreach platforms, enrichment tools, automation systems, and databases
• Owning the entire process with minimal oversight—you'll have autonomy to make decisions and implement improvements

What We're Looking For

Our client needs someone who understands the complete email marketing process, not just individual tools. You should bring:

• Hands-on experience with Clay and Instantly, or comparable outreach and enrichment platforms with the ability to learn quickly
• Strong understanding of email deliverability fundamentals: domain setup, warmup processes, spam filters, and infrastructure management
• Proven experience with n8n, Make.com, or Zapier for process automation
• Comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, and JSON data structures
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and draw actionable conclusions
• Self-directed work style—you identify problems and solve them without waiting for direction
• Fluent German language skills (sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse)
• Bonus: B2B outreach experience, familiarity with scraping tools like Apify, or knowledge of the healthcare/medical sector

The tech stack includes Instantly, Smartlead, Clay, Prospeo, Fullenrich, Hunter, n8n, Zapier, Make, Airtable, Apify, and GPT-based personalization workflows.

Pay

The original employer offers €42,000 to €75,000 annually based on experience and demonstrated results. Compensation through Get A Job.ai will be discussed during the screening process and depends on the client's final offer and your experience level.
