Position Summary

We're seeking a full-time nanny position in New York City who will become a trusted member of families' daily lives. This is a full-time childcare role where you'll be responsible for the health, safety, education, and overall well-being of the children in your care. You'll engage in developmentally appropriate activities, foster emotional growth, and contribute meaningfully to each family's household while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and care.

What You'll Do

• Provide daily hands-on childcare, supervision, and age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development
• Plan and conduct enriching activities—from creative play and arts projects to outdoor adventures and skill-building exercises
• Help children reach developmental milestones through patient guidance, encouragement, and positive reinforcement
• Manage daily routines including meals, snacks, hygiene, and rest times with consistency and care
• Communicate regularly with parents about their children's progress, achievements, and any concerns
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment that supports child development

What We're Looking For

• Proven childcare experience—whether as a nanny, teacher, daycare provider, or similar role
• Genuine passion for working with children and supporting family life
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build trust with families
• Ability to remain calm, patient, and responsive in dynamic situations
• Reliability, professionalism, and commitment to the highest standard of childcare
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain it)
