The Symicor Group is seeking a BSA Analyst for a hybrid remote position based in St. Cloud, Minnesota. This is a full-time opportunity to join a boutique talent acquisition firm that specializes in banking and accounting professionals, with salary up to $75,000.

About the Role

As a BSA Analyst at The Symicor Group, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our clients' compliance with federal banking regulations and anti-money laundering (AML) requirements. Working from our St. Cloud office on a hybrid schedule, you'll be responsible for monitoring financial transactions, identifying suspicious activity, and maintaining the integrity of our banking operations through diligent regulatory oversight.

What You'll Do

• Monitor customer transactions and account activity to detect potential money laundering, fraud, or regulatory violations
• Prepare and file Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) and Currency Transaction Reports (CTRs) in compliance with federal guidelines
• Conduct thorough customer due diligence and ongoing account reviews to assess risk and compliance status
• Investigate flagged transactions and maintain detailed documentation of all findings
• Stay current with evolving Bank Secrecy Act regulations, Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) rules, and related compliance requirements
• Collaborate with bank leadership, risk management, and audit teams on BSA/AML program effectiveness
• Support staff training and awareness initiatives on compliance procedures and regulatory obligations

What We're Looking For

• 1-3 years of experience in BSA, AML, or banking compliance roles
• Strong knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act requirements and federal banking regulations
• Proficiency with transaction monitoring systems and banking software platforms
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to analyze complex financial data
• Clear communication skills and ability to document findings professionally
• High integrity and commitment to regulatory compliance
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a hybrid work environment
