About the Role
You'll manage the complete commercial real estate lending lifecycle, from identifying and originating opportunities through closing and ongoing portfolio oversight. As a Commercial Real Estate Lender in Lawrenceville, GA, you'll structure deals across multiple property types and loan sizes while maintaining the credit discipline and market knowledge that define successful CRE lending professionals.
What You'll Do
- Originate and underwrite commercial real estate loans, evaluating borrower credit strength and collateral value
- Develop and nurture relationships with commercial brokers, investors, and loan applicants to source new business
- Perform detailed credit analysis and market assessment to structure loans competitively and safely
- Prepare loan documentation, negotiate terms with clients, and ensure all transactions comply with lending standards and regulations
