NA Sales Representative, HCM – Industrial Manufacturing and High-Tech industries

Oracle is hiring a full-time NA Sales Representative to drive HCM cloud solution adoption across industrial manufacturing and high-tech industries in the Nashville, Davidson County area. In this role, you'll position Oracle's Human Capital Management solutions to enterprise HR leaders and inspire organizational change through modern workforce technology.

About the Role

You'll be a critical member of Oracle's sales team in a collaborative, fast-paced environment dedicated to HCM innovation. Your mission is to engage CHROs (Chief Human Resources Officers) and HR decision-makers at manufacturing and technology-focused organizations, helping them understand how Oracle's cloud-based HCM platform addresses their most pressing workforce challenges. This is a full-time position based in Nashville, Davidson County, where you'll build your territory and nurture long-term client partnerships.

What You'll Do

• Prospect and qualify leads among HR leaders at industrial manufacturing and high-tech enterprises
• Conduct consultative discovery conversations to understand client talent management, payroll, and compliance needs
• Present and demonstrate Oracle HCM cloud solutions tailored to manufacturing and high-tech operational realities
• Build relationships with CHROs, HR directors, and procurement stakeholders to advance deals through the sales cycle
• Develop and execute a territory plan to expand Oracle's HCM customer base
• Collaborate with presales engineers, solution architects, and customer success teams to ensure smooth deal progression
• Maintain accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management

What We're Looking For

• Proven enterprise software sales experience, preferably in HCM, HR technology, or related cloud solutions
• Strong understanding of manufacturing or high-tech industry HR and compliance requirements
• Consultative selling approach with the ability to articulate business value to C-level executives
• Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, with the ability to thrive in a collaborative, high-growth environment
• Willingness to travel as needed within your territory
