About the Role
As a Mobile Notary Signing Agent, you'll serve as a critical bridge between financial institutions and borrowers, ensuring loan documents are executed correctly and professionally. Certified Mobile Notary Service connects notaries like you with consistent closing opportunities, managing the scheduling and logistics while you focus on delivering accurate, dependable signing services.
What You'll Do
- Conduct real estate loan closings at client locations, ensuring all parties are properly identified and aware of document contents
- Verify signer identities using official documentation and confirm willingness to sign
- Execute loan documents according to lender specifications and state notary requirements
- Coordinate timing and logistics with lenders, title companies, and signing service coordinators
- Maintain detailed records of closing activities and provide timely documentation to relevant parties
- Travel to borrower locations throughout Jackson City, KY and surrounding areas
What We're Looking For
- Active Kentucky notary public commission (or ability to obtain one)
- Proven experience as a notary signing agent, loan closing facilitator, or related role
- Strong understanding of loan documents, closing procedures, and notarial responsibilities
- Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor with clients and lenders
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple closings and strict deadlines
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel to client locations
