Middle School Science Teacher (26-27 school year)

College Achieve Charter Schools is hiring a full-time Middle School Science Teacher for the 2026–27 school year. This is an in-person teaching position in the United States, offering an opportunity to work with middle school students and foster a genuine passion for science learning and inquiry.

What You'll Do

• Develop and teach science lessons that connect to state standards and meet the needs of diverse middle school learners
• Use formative and summative assessments to measure progress and provide meaningful feedback to students
• Incorporate hands-on labs, field investigations, and inquiry-based activities into regular instruction
• Build a classroom culture that values collaboration, scientific thinking, and respectful dialogue
• Differentiate instruction to support students with varying learning needs and readiness levels
• Communicate student progress and growth to families through regular updates and conferences
• Collaborate with grade-level and subject-area colleagues to strengthen instruction and support whole-school goals
• Participate in ongoing professional learning and contribute to school improvement efforts

What We're Looking For

• Valid state teaching certification in science education or equivalent credentials
• Strong content knowledge in middle school science standards and curriculum
• Proven ability to engage and inspire young adolescent learners
• Experience designing differentiated lessons for students at different levels
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to educational equity and creating inclusive learning spaces
