ED, Consumer Health Hub Lead

Boehringer Ingelheim is seeking an accomplished executive to serve as ED, Consumer Health Hub Lead in Ridgefield, Fairfield County — a senior, full-time, on-site leadership role steering the company's consumer health strategy and operations.

About the Role

As the ED, Consumer Health Hub Lead, you will direct a center of expertise that connects brand vision, commercial execution, and consumer insight. Based at Boehringer Ingelheim's Ridgefield, Fairfield County campus, this executive position is designed for a strategic operator who can scale a hub, align cross-functional teams, and translate market signals into measurable growth for the consumer health portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Set and own the strategic direction of the Consumer Health Hub, ensuring goals map to broader business priorities.
• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams that deliver against commercial and operational targets.
• Partner across marketing, sales, medical, and operations to drive aligned, end-to-end execution.
• Convert consumer and market intelligence into actionable plans, products, and go-to-market decisions.
• Establish performance metrics, governance, and processes that keep the hub efficient and accountable.

Qualifications

• Extensive senior leadership experience within consumer health, consumer-packaged goods, or a closely related industry.
• Demonstrated success building and scaling teams or centers of excellence at an executive level.
• Strong commercial acumen paired with the ability to think strategically and act operationally.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills across functions and seniority levels.
• Willingness to work on-site full-time in Ridgefield, Fairfield County.

Compensation

The base salary range for this role is $220,000 to $350,000. Eligibility may include a role-specific discretionary bonus, relocation support, and additional compensation components. Boehringer Ingelheim regularly reviews market data and may adjust ranges over time; actual pay reflects job-related factors such as skills, experience, and qualifications.
