About the Role

As a Senior Consultant specializing in Microsoft Identity and Entra ID, you'll take a leadership role in guiding clients through complex security transformations. You'll design enterprise-scale identity architectures, lead implementation engagements, and mentor junior team members while staying current with evolving threat landscapes and platform capabilities.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) environments tailored to client requirements and security standards
• Lead engagements with C-suite and technical stakeholders to assess identity maturity and develop modernization roadmaps
• Architect access controls, conditional access policies, and privileged identity management solutions
• Advise on identity governance, compliance requirements, and risk mitigation across cloud and hybrid environments
• Mentor consultants and contribute to the firm's thought leadership on identity security topics
• Support clients in managing identity-related cyber incidents and security hardening initiatives

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of professional experience in identity and access management, with deep hands-on expertise in Microsoft Entra ID and Azure Active Directory
• Proven track record consulting with enterprise clients on large-scale identity implementations
• Strong knowledge of access governance, conditional access, privileged identity management, and identity protection frameworks
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Active Microsoft certifications (such as Security Engineer Associate or Identity and Access Administrator) preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or equivalent professional experience
