About the Role

This Manager, Omnichannel & Promotional Marketing position offers the opportunity to shape marketing strategies across luxury beauty brands including Estée Lauder, Clinique, Origins, M·A·C, and La Mer. You'll oversee campaigns that span online and offline touchpoints, ensuring cohesive brand experiences that drive sales and customer loyalty worldwide.

What You'll Do

• Develop integrated promotional campaigns across omnichannel platforms to maximize brand reach and sales impact
• Partner with digital, retail, creative, and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals
• Analyze promotional performance data and consumer insights to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI
• Build and manage promotional marketing budgets and timelines across multiple brand initiatives
• Coordinate promotional calendars across e-commerce, retail locations, and direct-to-consumer channels
• Maintain brand consistency and quality standards across all promotional marketing materials

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years in marketing with proven expertise in omnichannel marketing or promotional strategy
• Demonstrated track record managing complex, cross-functional marketing campaigns
• Strong data analysis and marketing metrics expertise for measuring campaign performance
• Background in beauty, cosmetics, luxury brands, or consumer goods preferred
• Excellent project management, stakeholder communication, and team coordination skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent field
