About This Position

The Membership Experience Director will drive membership acquisition, engagement, and retention at assigned center(s) under the supervision of the Membership Experience Executive. The incumbent will provide direction and enthusiasm to ensure a positive member experience that aligns with the YMCA's mission and established policies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for membership growth, engagement, and retention.
• Lead and manage staff responsible for membership services.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall member experience.
• Analyze data to identify trends and make informed decisions.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Experience in membership services or related field preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
