What This Role Involves

The Director of Asia-Pacific Education Programs & Events will develop and oversee a comprehensive education program and event strategy across the region. Key responsibilities include leading up to 30 in-person and online events annually, managing a team of 100 volunteers and faculty, and collaborating with executives to ensure impactful learning experiences.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic education programs and events for the Asia-Pacific region.
• Lead up to 30 in-person and online events annually, ensuring high-quality content and engagement.
• Manage a team of 100 volunteers and faculty, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Collaborate with executives to align education programs with the organization's goals and objectives.
• Ensure all events are impactful and meet the needs of participants and stakeholders.

Who We're Looking For

We seek a seasoned professional with extensive experience in event management, program development, and team leadership. Key qualifications include:

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in education programs or events.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale events and teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
