To maintain this momentum, we are seeking a dynamic Field Marketing Manager to join our Non-Traditional Marketing Department. This role will be crucial in driving events and retail initiatives that support our brand's visibility and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive event marketing strategies for trade shows, conferences, and community events.
- Manage the planning, coordination, and execution of retail displays and promotions in key locations.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product management, and creative services to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
- Evaluate event and retail performance through metrics such as attendance, engagement, and lead generation.
