Role Overview

We're seeking an experienced and highly organized Field Marketing Associate to join our dynamic marketing team. Reporting directly to the Head of Regional Marketing North America, you will play a key role in driving regional marketing efforts, building brand awareness, and creating memorable experiences for prospects and customers.

Core Duties

• Supporting the planning and execution of regional marketing programs, including trade shows, conferences, hosted events, and regional campaigns
• Managing campaign logistics, timelines, vendors, budgets, and reporting
• Tracking and reporting on performance and ROI for all field activities
• Partnering closely with sales and ADR teams to align marketing activities with pipeline goals and territory priorities
• Assisting with partner marketing initiatives
• Maintaining brand consistency across all field marketing activities and communications

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. You should have experience in event management, campaign planning, and strong communication skills. A background in B2B marketing is preferred, but not required.
