To maintain this momentum and continue our success, we are seeking a dynamic Field Marketing Manager to join our Non-Traditional Marketing Department. The Direct Marketing team is nationally renowned for its award-winning leadership and culture of positivity, success, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for events and retail spaces in the Houston area.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of campaigns and events.
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform marketing initiatives.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to deliver high-impact marketing programs.
- Evaluate campaign performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Who We're Looking For
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with experience in field marketing, event management, and retail. Key requirements include:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in field marketing or related fields.
