What You'll Do

• Direct the full production lifecycle for large-scale events, aligning creative direction with logistical and technical requirements
• Craft detailed production schedules, resource plans, and contingency strategies that keep multi-element projects moving forward
• Assemble and lead remote teams of specialists, freelancers, and vendors while fostering clear communication across locations
• Coordinate stakeholder reviews to refine concepts, secure approvals, and ensure every detail supports the event's intended impact
• Supervise contracting, technical setup, rehearsal processes, and live execution to deliver consistent on-brand results
• Identify production risks early, resolve issues under tight timelines, and maintain calm decision-making throughout high-stakes moments
