BetMGM is seeking a dynamic Gaming Marketing and Events Manager to join our team. This role serves as a key link between our digital gaming organization and MGM Resorts International’s land-based casino portfolio, ensuring seamless alignment between online and retail gaming experiences.
What You'll Do
- Position and promote BetMGM (MI) /Borgata Online (NJ) brands effectively across MGM properties with a focus on MGM Grand Detroit & Borgata Hotel, Casino & Spa.
- Evaluate and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and player engagement.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts and drive business growth.
What We're Looking For
- A proven track record in gaming marketing, preferably within the online and retail sectors.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including social media, email campaigns, and content marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders across multiple departments.
- Experience in event management, including planning, coordination, and execution of promotional events.
- Adept at using CRM systems and analytics tools for data-driven decision making.
