What This Role Involves

The Photo Studio Art Director at Quad will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our photo studio operations. You will collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute visually stunning campaigns that resonate with our clients. Your role will involve managing projects from concept to completion, ensuring that every detail aligns with brand standards and client expectations.

Your Responsibilities

• Oversee the photo studio operations, including equipment maintenance and staff management.
• Creative direction for all photo shoots, ensuring consistency in style and quality.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver exceptional results.
• Create and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Evaluate and improve the studio’s workflow processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a photo studio or similar creative environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams towards achieving common goals.
• Strong understanding of photography, lighting, and post-production techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and team management.
• Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
