Core Duties

• Direct and critique the work of designers while aiding their team orientation as necessary.
• Team with marketing staff, coordinators, copy experts, and third-party allies to generate aligned promotional pieces.
• Explain design proposals and underlying logic to in-house leaders and executives.
• Assess and authorize completed imagery to verify fit with creative direction and branding principles.
• Align deadlines, personnel, and focus areas among simultaneous efforts from assorted marketing units.
• Keep current with visual innovations, opposing brand moves, and professional benchmarks so that designs stay innovative and suitable.

What You Bring

• A minimum of five years specializing in art direction that combines active design creation with supervising or training emerging designers.
• Prior work inside agencies or internal creative groups preferred.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite applications such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Substance, together with digital and print media file guidelines and types.
• Success crafting powerful brand-consistent slides via platforms including PowerPoint and Keynote.
• Knowledge of tools for handling projects and digital files.
• Practical use of AI creative assistants including Adobe Firefly and LTX studio within processes for brainstorming, idea generation, and material production.
