What You'll Do
- Develop and execute global benefits strategy and roadmap across all markets and employee populations
- Manage end-to-end administration of health insurance, retirement plans, wellness programs, and other employee benefits
- Oversee vendor relationships and benefits provider contracts, ensuring quality service and cost optimization
- Lead benefits compliance across international and domestic regulations, including ERISA, ACA, and country-specific requirements
- Build and mentor a benefits team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Communicate benefits programs clearly to employees through campaigns, open enrollment support, and educational initiatives
- Analyze benefits data and costs, identify opportunities for improvement, and present recommendations to leadership
- Partner with HR, Finance, and Legal teams to align benefits with business objectives and employee needs
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of progressive experience in benefits administration, HR, or related roles, with at least 5 years in a director-level position
- Deep expertise in US and international benefits law, compliance, and regulations
- Proven success managing vendor relationships and negotiating benefits contracts
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing significant budgets and analyzing benefits costs
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to simplify complex benefits concepts for diverse audiences
- Leadership experience building and scaling benefits teams
- Certification such as CEBS, SHRM-CP, or equivalent is a plus
