FeverUp is hiring a full-time Touring Production Manager (June–December) based on-site in Dallas, Texas, to help bring world-class live entertainment to life across the road.
About the Role
As a Touring Production Manager at FeverUp, you'll own the operational backbone of touring productions from June through December. Working from Dallas, Texas, you'll coordinate the logistics, crews, and technical elements that turn an ambitious creative vision into seamless, repeatable live experiences for audiences in every market the tour visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and oversee end-to-end production logistics for touring shows across multiple cities and venues.
- Build and manage advance schedules, load-in and load-out timelines, and run-of-show documentation.
- Coordinate vendors, freelance crews, and venue teams to keep each stop on time and on budget.
- Supervise technical setup including staging, lighting, sound, and rigging in partnership with department leads.
- Track production budgets, expenses, and resource needs throughout the touring window.
- Troubleshoot on-site challenges quickly while maintaining safety and quality standards.
- Serve as the primary on-the-ground point of contact between FeverUp and local partners.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing live event or touring productions, ideally across multiple venues.
- Strong command of production logistics, scheduling, and crew coordination.
- Working knowledge of staging, audio, lighting, and rigging fundamentals.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills under tight, shifting deadlines.
- Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours throughout the June–December run.
- Comfortable being based on-site in Dallas, Texas, with frequent time on the road.
