Role Overview

What You'll Do
- Manage all aspects of ticket sales, ensuring a seamless customer experience through various channels including online, phone, and in-person interactions.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies that attract new fans and retain existing ones.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies related to ticketing and membership services.
What We're Looking For
- A proven track record in sports or event management, preferably within a professional football club setting.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and experience using ticketing software is advantageous.
