CompHealth seeks a full-time Travel Occupational Therapist to join our clinical team serving the New River and greater Phoenix, Arizona region. This assignment starts immediately and offers competitive weekly compensation of $1,749 to $3,054, depending on experience and scheduling flexibility.

About the Role

As a travel occupational therapist with CompHealth, you'll bring evidence-based therapeutic interventions to patients across diverse settings in the Phoenix metropolitan area. This assignment combines clinical impact with the autonomy and flexibility that draw practitioners to locum tenens work. You'll have dedicated support handling licensing requirements, housing coordination, and travel logistics—freeing you to concentrate on patient outcomes and professional development.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate and treat patients across the lifespan using occupational therapy assessment tools and intervention strategies
• Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with clinical goals and functional outcomes
• Document progress, maintain clinical records, and collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
• Adapt interventions to varied patient populations and care environments
• Communicate with referring providers and family members to support continuity of care

What We're Looking For

• Valid occupational therapist license for Arizona (or ability to obtain via reciprocity)
• Minimum 2+ years of clinical OT experience
• Strong clinical reasoning and patient engagement skills
• Professional liability insurance or willingness to obtain it
• Full-time availability and ability to work with diverse patient populations
• Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain before start date)
