About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive safety programs aligned with company standards and OSHA regulations
• Conduct workplace inspections, safety audits, and hazard assessments across facilities and operational areas
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses; document findings and recommend corrective actions
• Organize and deliver safety training to employees and contractors on compliance procedures and best practices
• Maintain detailed safety records, incident reports, and compliance documentation required by regulatory agencies
• Coordinate with site managers and safety teams to identify workplace risks and implement proactive solutions

Who We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED; OSHA 30 certification or HSE training highly valued
• Prior experience in safety compliance, occupational health, or environmental coordination roles
• Strong knowledge of OSHA standards, EPA regulations, and applicable environmental requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to engage diverse teams
