The Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Chief Membership & Experience Officer (CMXO) to shape and deliver the end-to-end member experience for 14,000 members. This executive role leads membership engagement, marketing, communications, and national events, driving value, loyalty, and industry influence.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Strategically lead membership engagement initiatives to enhance member satisfaction and retention
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns that resonate with our diverse membership base
• Oversee communications strategies to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms
• Plan, organize, and manage national events to foster community and industry connections
• Collaborate closely with the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and Board members for cohesive strategy implementation

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in membership management or a related field
• Demonstrated success in driving member engagement, loyalty, and retention
• Strategic thinking and the ability to develop innovative solutions for complex challenges
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with members, stakeholders, and partners
• A deep understanding of the finance brokerage industry is preferred but not required
