Position Summary
XPT Software is seeking a senior product leader to define and drive the GitHub Enterprise platform strategy. The role focuses on modernizing the platform, improving developer experience, and delivering a cohesive engineering platform for internal users across multiple teams.
Responsibilities
- Owning the backlog and coordinating migrations from Bitbucket to GitHub and Jenkins to Actions
- Partnering with security teams to ensure robust platform security measures are in place
- Driving the modernization of the platform to enhance developer experience and efficiency
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align on strategic initiatives and deliverables
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in software development, architecture, or product management
- Demonstrated success in defining and driving platform strategies for large-scale organizations
- Expertise in GitHub Enterprise, Bitbucket, Jenkins, and related tools
- Strong understanding of AI-driven SDLC methodologies and practices
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
- A proven track record in leading successful migrations and platform modernizations
