This is a full-time position with Diagnostic Laboratory Services (DLS Molokai), Hawaii's largest locally owned clinical and anatomic pathology laboratory.

About the Role

As an MT/MLT at DLS Molokai, you will be responsible for conducting accurate laboratory analyses on patient specimens using state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment and methodologies. You'll work at the front lines of pathology, performing tests that inform critical clinical decisions while maintaining the highest standards of quality and patient care.

What You'll Do

• Perform clinical and anatomic laboratory testing on patient samples with precision and accuracy
• Operate and maintain advanced laboratory instrumentation and equipment
• Process, analyze, and report laboratory test results in compliance with established protocols
• Prepare specimens and materials for analysis and quality control procedures
• Verify results and communicate findings to support optimal patient outcomes
• Follow all safety, infection control, and quality assurance standards
• Contribute to continuous improvement in laboratory operations and patient care delivery

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related field
• MT/MLT certification or eligibility through ASCP, AABB, or equivalent credential
• Valid clinical laboratory license as required by Hawaii and applicable territories
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work reliably in a fast-paced clinical laboratory environment
