As a Talent Manager – Full-Time Finance & Accounting Engagement Professionals, you will serve as a central revenue driver within Robert Half's Finance & Accounting Practice. This full-time, on-site position in NY Midtown New York blends business development with recruiting, giving you ownership of both client relationships and the talented professionals who fill them. Key Responsibilities
- Drive business development efforts to expand Robert Half's client base across the finance and accounting sectors.

- Act as a core revenue contributor within the Full-Time Engagement Professional team.
