About the Role

As a Medical Laboratory Scientist, you'll perform critical diagnostic testing and specimen analysis in our modern laboratory setting. You'll be part of a dedicated team that delivers the lab results physicians depend on to guide patient treatment decisions. This evening shift role focuses on processing, analyzing, and reporting laboratory findings with precision and care.

What You'll Do

• Process and analyze patient blood samples, body fluids, and tissue specimens using established protocols
• Operate and maintain laboratory instrumentation and quality control equipment
• Perform microscopic examinations and report findings accurately within standard turnaround times
• Maintain detailed records and ensure results are properly documented in the laboratory information system
• Adhere to all safety, regulatory, and infection control standards
• Communicate findings to the clinical care team and collaboratively support physician decision-making
• Contribute to a culture of quality improvement and professional excellence

What We're Looking For

• Certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS or MT)
• Demonstrated knowledge of clinical laboratory procedures, techniques, and terminology
