As Senior Manager, Business Development (M&A), Manufacturing Operations, you will lead merger, acquisition, and partnership initiatives that strengthen Olympus's manufacturing capabilities. Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue merger and acquisition opportunities aligned with manufacturing operations objectives.

- Manage due diligence end to end, coordinating cross-functional teams across finance, legal, and operations.
- Develop and nurture strategic partnerships that support manufacturing growth and capacity.

- Translate market and competitive insight into actionable business development strategy for leadership.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in business development, corporate development, or M&A, ideally within a manufacturing or medical technology environment.
- Strong command of deal structuring, financial analysis, and valuation methods.
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects from sourcing through integration.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders.
