Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential media agency seeking a Media Manager to join their team in Düsseldorf. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a key account in the travel and hospitality sector, working alongside an international team to develop and execute impactful media strategies.

• Client Advisory: Provide proactive consultation and develop tailored media strategies, media plans, and innovative communication solutions in collaboration with your team.
• Campaign Management: Oversee cross-channel campaigns from planning through execution to analysis and performance measurement. Contribute optimization ideas and guide campaigns throughout the entire process.
• International Collaboration: Work closely with international hubs to support the implementation of global campaigns and joint client servicing.
• Stakeholder Management: Coordinate collaboration with internal experts and external partners including publishers and creative agencies to develop effective communication solutions.
• Innovation & AI: Leverage advanced AI tools as a sparring partner and research/analysis resource to make data-driven decisions and develop creative solutions.
• Client Interface: Serve as the central contact person, guiding the client through all campaign phases while ensuring trustful and partnership-based collaboration.

What We're Looking For

• Professional Experience: Minimum two years of experience in cross-channel media consulting or client service, with a track record of independently managing client accounts.
• Media Know-How: Familiarity with common planning tools and a solid understanding of relevant media KPIs.
• Communication Skills: Strong communicator with an open, empathetic approach who feels comfortable in direct client contact and presents content confidently in both German and English.
• Organization: Structured work style with the ability to maintain overview across multiple projects and find pragmatic solutions to complex challenges.
• International Mindset: Enjoy working in international teams with very good written and verbal English proficiency.
• Team-oriented, solution-focused, and communicative approach
