Marketing Manager Retail Media (Mensch)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential media agency seeking a Marketing Manager for their Retail Media division in Düsseldorf. In this role, you will support the development and visibility of client brands through strategic retail media initiatives.

• Client Management: Serve as primary contact for clients in the retail media space, coordinating regularly with internal teams and external partners
• Campaign Management: Plan, create, and optimize campaigns while supporting the execution of successful retail media initiatives
• Platform Strategy: Implement retail media activities across relevant retailer platforms and contribute ideas for developing existing programs
• Analysis & Optimization: Analyze campaign results, identify optimization opportunities, and prepare findings for regular client reviews
• Budget Management: Assist in controlling, monitoring, and reporting on assigned media budgets
• Strategic Contribution: Participate in internal projects and actively contribute to the development of the commerce division

What We're Looking For

• Professional Experience: Initial to several years of experience in retail media or performance marketing
• Technical Expertise: Proven experience creating and optimizing campaigns across digital platforms
• Client Orientation: Service-focused approach with confident client communication skills and ability to coordinate with various stakeholders
• Analytical Strength: Strong numerical aptitude and ability to derive actionable recommendations from data
• Presentation Skills: Ability to prepare and present results and insights in a clear, compelling manner
• Communication: Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
• Personal Qualities: Team player, confident, structured, and detail-oriented
