Marketing Manager

Mattamy Homes is seeking a full-time Marketing Manager to drive marketing initiatives for one of North America's most established homebuilders. Based in Farmers Branch, Dallas, this role reports directly to the VP of Sales and Marketing and plays a critical part in connecting homebuyers with Mattamy's exceptional communities.

The Opportunity

As a Marketing Manager, you'll own marketing strategy and execution across Mattamy's Dallas portfolio of residential communities. This is your chance to shape how thousands of families discover and connect with their dream homes, leveraging both digital and traditional channels to build brand awareness and generate qualified leads for the sales team. You'll work in a 45-year-old family-owned organization known for delivering exceptional homes and customer service across North America.

Core Duties

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event channels
• Manage community marketing budgets and measure campaign performance against KPIs
• Create marketing materials, messaging, and content that highlight community benefits and home features
• Coordinate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with lead generation and conversion goals
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and buyer preferences to refine positioning
• Oversee community events, open houses, and promotional activities
• Manage vendor relationships and marketing vendor performance

Who We're Looking For

• 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally in homebuilding, real estate, or related B2C industries
• Demonstrated success with digital marketing, content creation, and multi-channel campaigns
• Strong analytical and project management skills with attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency with marketing automation, CRM systems, and analytics platforms
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• BA in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
