Third Party CS is hiring a Benefits Specialist for a full‑time remote role based in Hansen Hills, Los Angeles County.

About the Role

As a Benefits Specialist, you will support the administration of employee benefits programs, ensuring that participants receive accurate information and timely assistance. This position works closely with internal teams and external vendors to maintain compliance and deliver a smooth experience for all beneficiaries.

What You'll Do

• Process new enrollments, changes, and terminations for health, dental, vision, and retirement plans.
• Respond to employee inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing clear guidance on benefits options.
• Maintain accurate records in the benefits administration system and conduct regular audits.
• Coordinate with carriers and third‑party administrators to resolve eligibility and claims issues.
• Assist with open enrollment preparations, including communication materials and session logistics.
• Stay current with federal and state regulations affecting employee benefits and help implement required updates.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in benefits administration, human resources, or a related customer‑service field.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for explaining complex information simply.
• Proficiency with benefits platforms or HRIS tools; familiarity with common industry software is a plus.
• A proactive attitude and comfort working independently in a remote environment.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive data responsibly.
