In this Customer Experience Specialist I position, you'll be the voice and problem-solver that keeps our credit union partners and their borrowers satisfied. With three decades of fintech expertise behind us, Origence powers lending operations nationwide—and you'll help ensure that experience is seamless, responsive, and genuinely helpful at every touchpoint.
What You'll Do
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and internal ticketing systems
- Troubleshoot lending platform issues and guide credit union staff through solutions
- Document customer interactions and resolution outcomes to improve our knowledge base
- Escalate complex cases appropriately while maintaining clear communication with customers
- Support new credit union partners through implementation and onboarding
- Identify patterns in customer feedback and surface insights to improve our products and processes
- Maintain a professional, empathetic approach even during high-volume periods
What We're Looking For
- Customer service or support experience, ideally in fintech, lending, or financial services
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Problem-solving mindset and patience when working through technical or operational challenges
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple inquiries effectively
- Familiarity with lending products, credit unions, or financial platforms is a plus
- Genuine interest in supporting customers and building positive relationships
