As an Oracle Cloud Finance Senior Manager at EY, you will help clients plan, pursue, deliver, and manage large-scale Oracle transformation programs. Working within a nationally recognized consulting practice, you will guide finance organizations through the design and rollout of Oracle Cloud solutions that modernize the way they operate. This full-time position sits with EY's Oracle Services team in Nashville, Davidson County, and is open to candidates located anywhere in the country.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, pursuit, and delivery of large, complex Oracle Cloud Finance implementations.
- Oversee end-to-end program management for enterprise Oracle Services engagements.
- Partner with finance and technology stakeholders to turn business objectives into practical Oracle Cloud solutions.
- Direct and mentor cross-functional consulting teams throughout the engagement lifecycle.
- Build lasting client relationships across EY's national Oracle Services practice.
Qualifications
- Proven experience delivering Oracle Cloud Finance or related Oracle ERP programs.
- A solid background in technology consulting, with the seniority to manage large, complex projects.
- Strong leadership ability and a talent for guiding diverse, distributed teams.
- Comfort working from or traveling to client locations, with this role based in Nashville, Davidson County and open nationwide.
