About the Role

As a Customer Advocacy Coordinator, you will support customer engagements on behalf of an Insight Global technology client. The position calls for someone highly organized and genuinely customer-focused, comfortable coordinating across multiple internal teams to surface and nurture advocacy opportunities. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tuxedo, Fulton County.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product marketing, sales, customer success, and partner teams to spot and qualify new customer advocacy opportunities.
• Build, grow, and maintain a global pipeline of engaged customer advocates.
• Coordinate the day-to-day logistics of customer engagements from start to finish.
• Keep advocacy records, contacts, and program details accurate and well organized.
• Serve as a reliable point of contact that aligns customer interests with internal program goals.
