Marketing Compliance Analyst (Asset Management)

Delta Capita is seeking a Marketing Compliance Analyst to join its Compliance team in Dallas, Texas, supporting global asset management clients. This full-time position focuses on ensuring all client-facing marketing and communications materials meet rigorous regulatory standards.

Position Summary

Join Delta Capita's Client Lifecycle Management department and play a critical role in protecting our asset management clients' regulatory standing. As a Marketing Compliance Analyst, you'll review and approve a wide range of externally distributed content—from sales collateral and marketing brochures to fund communications—guaranteeing adherence to SEC, FINRA, state, and internal compliance frameworks. You'll work in a fast-paced environment supporting some of the world's most prominent financial institutions, managing tight timelines and complex compliance requirements with precision.

Core Duties

• Manage the incoming flow of marketing materials submitted for compliance review, coordinating workload across the team to meet project deadlines.
• Evaluate all marketing content against SEC, FINRA, state, and company-specific compliance standards.
• Identify and assess potential compliance risks in marketing collateral, sales documents, and fund-related communications.
• Field inquiries routed through the marketing compliance channel, providing guidance or escalating to appropriate stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Product, Relationship Management, and Sales teams to balance business needs with regulatory obligations.
• Monitor regulatory and industry developments to maintain current knowledge of marketing compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of marketing-focused experience within the financial services industry.
• Demonstrated expertise in document review, attention to detail, and regulatory compliance standards.
• Strong organizational and written communication abilities.
• Proven capacity to perform effectively under pressure and deliver quality work on accelerated timelines.
• Background in paralegal work or specialized document review experience is valued and may substitute for marketing experience.
