Organizational Effectiveness Consultant

Encompass Health is hiring an Organizational Effectiveness Consultant to join our team in Vestavia Hills, Jefferson County. This full-time position focuses on driving operational improvements and organizational growth across our rehabilitation network.

Role Overview

As an Organizational Effectiveness Consultant at Encompass Health, you'll partner with clinical and administrative leaders to identify opportunities for improved performance, streamlined workflows, and enhanced patient outcomes. You'll analyze operations, develop data-driven recommendations, and support implementation of organizational initiatives that strengthen our mission of delivering exceptional rehabilitation care.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess organizational processes and workflows to identify efficiency gaps and improvement opportunities
• Gather and analyze operational data to support evidence-based decision-making
• Collaborate with department leaders to design and implement organizational change initiatives
• Develop performance metrics and monitoring systems to track progress against organizational goals
• Provide coaching and support to staff during process transitions and organizational changes
• Prepare reports and recommendations for senior leadership on organizational performance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, organizational development, management, or related field
• 3+ years of professional experience in organizational development, process improvement, or change management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Experience working in healthcare preferred
• Proficiency with data analysis and reporting tools
