Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential client in the professional services sector. They are seeking a Marketing and Admin Support Virtual Assistant to join their growing operations team. This is a fully remote position based in the United States.

In this role, you'll be the backbone of lead generation and event coordination efforts, transforming raw data into qualified opportunities and ensuring seamless execution of educational programs. You'll work directly with sales and architectural outreach teams to maintain pipeline quality and strengthen industry relationships.

Responsibilities

• Transform raw architectural data from construction databases into high-value leads in Salesforce, maintaining a qualified and actionable sales pipeline
• Scout construction databases to identify key product substitution opportunities and prepare detailed request forms for architectural specifications
• Manage full logistics for Continuing Education (CE) programs and presentations, including generating QR codes, creating pre-registration links, and processing post-event attendance metrics
• Bridge educational outreach with sales growth by managing architect engagement records and logging data into nurture programs
• Maintain flawless CRM data quality and lead entry processes
• Organize and track educational programs, attendance logs, and project timelines

• Natural ability to organize multiple moving parts simultaneously, managing educational programs, attendance logs, and project timelines without missing a beat
• Self-motivated and proactive problem solver who works independently and knows when to dig deeper for high-potential opportunities
• Strong proficiency with CRMs (especially Salesforce), construction databases (such as Dodge), Microsoft Office Suite, and online data management tools
• Dedicated home workspace with quiet environment, reliable high-speed internet connection, and high-performing personal computer for seamless remote collaboration
• Experience with lead generation, pipeline management, or event coordination preferred
