About the Role
As the Marine Service Advisor, you'll represent the heart of our customer-focused service operation. You'll be the trusted point of contact between yacht owners and our skilled technical teams, translating customer needs into seamless service delivery. Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary customer liaison for the service department, managing all client interactions and expectations
- Build, review, and coordinate detailed service work orders from initial consultation through project completion
- Schedule maintenance and repair work, optimizing technician resources and vessel availability
- Track project progress, ensure quality standards are met, and communicate updates proactively to yacht owners
- Manage warranty documentation, claims processing, and vendor coordination
- Resolve service-related concerns and ensure customer satisfaction with final deliverables
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven customer service experience in a service advisor, dispatch, or similar client-facing role
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to juggle simultaneous service projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
