About the Role
As the Manager of Talent and Leadership Development, you will own the strategy and day-to-day execution of initiatives that build talent depth and strengthen leadership across Agua Caliente Casinos. Working closely with leaders throughout the organization, you will champion a culture of continuous learning and create meaningful pathways for professional and career growth. This is a hands-on, full-time position based in Rancho Mirage.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, deliver, and refine talent development and leadership programs that support Team Member growth at every level.
- Partner with department leaders to assess capability needs and design targeted learning solutions.
- Drive initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness and reinforce a strong, values-led culture.
- Create and curate opportunities for learning, development, and internal career advancement.
- Measure program impact and adjust approaches to ensure lasting results across the organization.
Qualifications
- Proven background in talent development, leadership development, learning and development, or organizational effectiveness.
- Strong ability to partner with and influence leaders across multiple functions.
- Experience designing and facilitating programs that grow people and strengthen culture.
- Excellent communication, project management, and program-execution skills.
- A collaborative mindset and genuine passion for helping others succeed.
