Manager- Enterprise Analytics

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential business process services organization seeking a Manager- Enterprise Analytics to join their team in India. Our client needs an experienced analytics leader to drive the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-scale business intelligence projects. You will manage a dedicated team while defining BI strategy and ensuring high-quality dashboards and data models that support critical business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-level business intelligence projects
• Manage and mentor a team of BI analysts and developers
• Define and execute the organization's BI strategy in collaboration with stakeholders
• Oversee the creation of dashboards, reports, and data models that drive business insights
• Ensure data quality, governance, and security standards across all analytics initiatives
• Partner with business leaders to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Establish best practices for data modeling, visualization, and reporting

What We're Looking For

• MCA, M.Sc., or equivalent degree in IT or a related field
• 10-12+ years of experience in business intelligence and analytics
• Strong expertise in Power BI, including both Desktop and Service components
• Advanced proficiency with DAX and Power Query (M language)
• Solid SQL skills and deep understanding of data modeling principles
• Experience with Azure or Microsoft Fabric (preferred)
• Strong grasp of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes
• Knowledge of data governance and security best practices
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Exposure to Azure Data Factory and Google Looker is a plus
• Knowledge of Python or R for advanced analytics (desirable)
