About the Role

You'll work the 2nd shift as part of a dedicated maintenance team.

What You'll Do

  • Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic equipment across production lines
  • Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules to maximize equipment reliability and reduce unplanned downtime
  • Troubleshoot complex equipment failures and implement long-term solutions
  • Maintain detailed maintenance logs and equipment documentation
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks including lubrication, alignment, bearing replacement, and seal inspection
  • Mentor junior maintenance technicians and support continuous team development
  • Ensure all work meets safety, food safety, and regulatory compliance standards
  • Collaborate with production supervisors to prioritize maintenance needs and coordinate emergency repairs

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a maintenance technician with a strong foundation in mechanical and electrical systems
  • Ability to read blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical manuals
  • Proficiency with hand and power tools, and experience with precision measurement instruments
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Commitment to workplace safety and food manufacturing compliance standards
  • High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or relevant coursework preferred
  • Ability to work 2nd shift and occasional overtime as needed
