What You'll Do

• Provide direct patient care and nursing support under the direction of registered nurses and physicians
• Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to the nursing team
• Assist with patient hygiene, comfort, and activities of daily living
• Administer medications and perform wound care as directed
• Maintain accurate and timely patient medical records
• Communicate with patients and families to address concerns and improve care experience
• Support facility operations and collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
