About the Role

This is a local CDL-A driving position for owner-operators and independent contractors (1099) who want strong, performance-based earnings without sacrificing time at home. As a flatbed driver with ZUMBA TRANSPORTATION LLC, you'll run local freight with the flexibility to take on out-of-state and over-the-road (OTR) loads when you want to grow your paycheck. The harder you're willing to work, the more you can earn.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a flatbed truck to haul freight safely and on schedule across local routes
• Properly secure, tarp, and untarp loads in line with safety standards
• Take on optional out-of-state and OTR runs for higher earning potential
• Maintain accurate trip and delivery records as a 1099 contractor
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
• Communicate clearly with dispatch to keep deliveries running smoothly

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A)
• Flatbed and tarping experience preferred
• Willingness to work as a 1099 independent contractor
